To develop an extraordinary programme for Lost Weekend, 26 – 28 October 2018, matching the artistic and creative vision to the aspiration of partners and key stakeholders

Lost Weekend 2018 is looking for an experienced and imaginative Creative Director with extensive knowledge, experience and networks in the arts/technology/new media sector to take responsibility for the development and delivery of the programme and management of budgets for Lost Weekend 2018 in partnership with key festival programme partners.

The post-holder will report to a Festival Advisory Group made up of key City stakeholders such as the Met Office Informatics Lab, University of Exeter, Exeter College and Exeter City Council. The Festival is primarily funded by Exeter City Council with additional support and sponsorship from a number of the key stakeholders. The post-holder will be responsible for the development and delivery of the festival’s creative vision, producing exciting cross sector/artform events with a technology/digital element working with existing festival partners as well as developing new partnerships.

You will be committed to working with and supporting a diverse range of artists/technologists at difference stages of their careers as well as a range of arts organisations, galleries and other relevant groups to produce and exhibit work.
